1 bunch Moon Dust Farms asparagus
3 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
Panacea Farms Fig balsamic vinegar, to drizzle
1. Heat broiler to high with rack 6" from heat.
2. Season asparagus with sea salt & pepper. Wrap with prosciutto slices. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Roast 6-8 minutes, turning once until asparagus is crisp-tender and prosciutto is crisp.
4. Transfer to a platter. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
